Getting Started

1.  Can this lock be used outdoors?

Yes, the lock is highly water resistant. It is not completely waterproof and it cannot be submerged or else this will cause the lock to malfunction. 

2.  Are password lost if the batteries are low or removed?

 No, they are stored in the padlock

3.  How long will the batteries last?

A realistic prediction is the batteries will last 10-12 months if the lock is operated 10 times per day. 

4.  How will I know when the batteries are getting low?

When the batteries are nearing their end of life, you will see a yellow LED after pressing the start button key and hear the beep beep beep sound  

5.Can i delete one of the all passwords in the padlock?           

Every password has the ID number, if you just delete one password, just need to delete the ID number. Besides, it also can delete all the passwords in one time 

6.  How do I obtain support for the product?

7.  What is the warranty coverage for the product? 

The product is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.  Physical and water immersion damages are excluded and will void the warranty.
